(1) The RSS may import into Saint Lucia, free of customs duty and any tax, equipment for the RSS and such quantities of provisions, supplies and other goods for the exclusive use of the RSS as in the opinion of the Minister responsible for finance are reasonable.
(2) The Minister responsible for finance may authorise the importation into Saint Lucia, free of duty and tax, of goods for use by dependants of members of the RSS.
