7.   Operating power-craft while prohibited

Any person who operates a power-craft within the territorial sea of this Island while he or she is prohibited from operating a power-craft or while the licence with respect to the power-craft operated by him or her has been cancelled by reason of an order made under section 8 is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding $500 and in default of payment, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months.
