6. Additional punishment for breaches
When a person is convicted of an offence for a violation or section 4 the Court may, in addition to any other punishment that may be imposed for that offence, make all or any of the following orders—

(a) prohibit him or her from operating a power-craft within the territorial sea of this Island for a period not exceeding one year;

(b) cancel the licence relating to the power-craft for such period not exceeding one year as to the Court may seem proper.
