2. Interpretation
In this Act—
“petroleum” includes kerosene oil, rock oil, rangoon oil, burmah oil, paraffin oil, and all products of any of them and any oil made from petroleum, coal, schist, shale, peat, or other bituminous substance;
“volatile petroleum” means such petroleum as gives off an inflammable vapour at a temperature less than 73 degrees of Fahrenheit's thermometer to be ascertained in the manner mentioned in section 15.
