10. Petroleum certified to be non-volatile on fresh test not to be considered volatile

If the tester nominated as aforesaid certifies that such samples do not consist of volatile petroleum, the petroleum from which such samples is taken despite the provisions of sections 4 and 7 are not considered to be volatile petroleum within the meaning of this Act.
