(1) The Authority shall be the body responsible for operating lotteries in Saint Lucia.
(2) Despite sub-section (1), Windward Islands Lottery Incorporated is authorised to conduct multi-island lottery games in Saint Lucia as approved by the Authority.
(3) The Authority shall on the advice of the Minister have the power to enter into management contracts with any other entity authorising that other entity to conduct lottery operations in Saint Lucia.
(4) Windward Islands Lottery Incorporated shall with the approval of the Authority have the power to enter into management contracts with any other entity authorising that other entity to conduct multi-island lottery games in Saint Lucia.
