(1) Where a winning ticket is not redeemed and the prize collected within 90 days of the draw or the declared closing date for a game which produced the win, such ticket shall be considered void and irredeemable and the Authority shall be under no obligation whatsoever to honour it.
(2) All prizes unclaimed after 90 days shall be transferred to a special account titled the UNCLAIMED PRIZES ACCOUNT and these funds shall be used primarily to finance youth and sports programmes and projects, player incentives and other community oriented promotions as determined by the Authority.
