(1) The Board may appoint and employ at such remuneration and on such terms and conditions as it thinks fit and with the prior approval of the Minister such officers and agents as it deems necessary for the proper carrying out of its functions under this Act.
(2) The Board shall appoint agents under a written contract in such locations as it may deem appropriate and the agents shall be responsible for selling and marketing lottery products and representing the Board in such locations.
(3) An agent shall perform such duties as may be assigned by the General Manager and shall be paid on a commission basis as determined by the Board.
