(1) There shall be paid from the funds of the Authority to the chairperson, deputy chairperson and other members such remuneration, fees or allowances as the Minister may determine.
(2) Where a person, other than a member serves on a committee appointed under section 11 or where any person is co-opted under the provisions of section 7(9), the Board may, with the approval of the Minister, agree for an allowance to be paid to such person, and such sum shall be payable to the person out of the funds and resources of the Board.
