(1) The Board shall not later than 4 months after the expiration of the financial year submit to the minister a report containing—
(a) an account of the activities of the Authority during the preceding financial year in such form as the Minister may direct;
(b) the audited financial statements of the Authority done in accordance with the provisions of section 24.
(2) The Minister shall cause a copy of the report together with a copy of the audited statement of the accounts and the auditor's report thereon to be laid on the table of the House of Assembly within 8 weeks of receipt thereof.
