(1) All monies due to the Board shall be paid into the Treasury and shall form a fund to be called “The Livestock and Meat Marketing Development Fund”, in this Act referred to as “The Meat Marketing Fund”.
(2) The accounts of the Meat Marketing Fund shall be kept separate from all other accounts in the Treasury, and all the debts of the Board shall be discharged from such fund.
(3) All payments from the Meat Marketing Fund shall be made on the written order of the secretary countersigned by the chairperson of the Board.
