8. Appointment of Secretary and other officers and servants
The Board, with the prior approval of the Governor General, may appoint, at such remuneration and on such terms and conditions as it may determine, a Secretary and such officers and servants as may be necessary and proper for the efficient management of the business of the Board, and may require any officer or servant so appointed to give such security as may be deemed proper for the due execution, of his or her duties.
