(1) The Chief Justice together with any other 2 judges of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court selected by him or her may make rules of court for the purposes of this Act.
(2) Rules of court made under this section may apply with or without modification to any rules of court made under the Supreme Court Order or any enactment replacing the same.
(3) The power to make rules under this section shall be exercised by statutory instrument.
