Where an order made under section 45 relates to any estate or interest in land, a copy of the order bearing the signature of the Registrar or the Deputy Registrar of the Court shall be deemed for the purposes of the Civil Code to be a title of conveyance and shall be registered in the Registry of Deeds and Mortgages.
