47. Court may direct payment of proceeds of sale
Where the Court directs the sale of property under section 45(b)(i), it may, if it thinks fit, instead of directing division of the proceeds between the parties to the marriage, direct that the whole or any part of the proceeds be paid or applied for the benefit of the children of the family or any of them, and may give such other directions as may be necessary or desirable to give effect to that direction.
