33.   Settlement of instrument by counsel

Where the Court decides to make an order under this Part requiring any payments to be secured or an order under section 24—

  1.  

    (a)     it may direct that the matter be referred to counsel approved, or designated by the Court for him or her to settle a proper instrument to be executed by all necessary parties; and

  1.  

    (b)     in the case of an order under sections 22, 23 or 24, it may, if it thinks fit, defer the grant of the decree in question until the instrument has been duly executed.
