Where, through inadvertence or otherwise, a company—
(a) comes into existence with a name that contravenes section 11; or
(b) is, upon an application to change its name, granted a name that contravenes section 11, 523, 524 or regulation 4 of the Companies Regulations, Cap. 13.01, (Substituted by Act 13 of 2015)
the Registrar may direct the company to change its name in accordance with section 213.
