11. Communication of confidential information
Notwithstanding the Banking Act, Financial Services Regulatory Authority Act, Registered Agent and Trustee Licensing Act or any other law that restricts the disclosure of confidential information, a Reporting Financial Institution shall communicate or allow to be communicated any confidential information in the return required to be reported by the competent authority under the Convention.
