4. Power of court to attach earnings
Where a maintenance order has been made, whether before or after the commencement of this Act, the Court making the maintenance order may upon an application made under this Act, at the same time, or at any subsequent time as the case may be, make an attachment of earnings order to secure maintenance payments.
