7. The Bishop of the Windward Islands to be president of the Church Council
The Bishop of the Windward Islands for the time being shall be President of the Church Council, and his assent shall be requisite to make any act thereof valid: Provided that, in the event of the Church being without Episcopal superintendence, the acts of the Church Council shall then be valid without such assent.
