6. Power to the Church Council to frame rules and bye-laws
The Church Council shall have power from time to time to frame rules and bye-laws regulating the election of its Members, their qualification and number, and other matters with which it may have to deal, and from time to time, as it may see fit, to alter or amend the same: Provided that each Parish, Ecclesiastical District, or Congregation of the Church of England in Saint Lucia shall be therein represented by such number of Lay Members, to be chosen b themselves, as may from time to time fixed and determined by the said Council.
