3. Election of a Church Council
The Members of the Church of England in Saint Lucia shall have power to elect certain lay members of a representative body for administering the affairs of the said Church, of which representative body the licensed Clergy of the said Church, resident and ministering in Saint Lucia shall ex officio be Members; and such representative body shall be called “The Church Council of the Anglican Church in Saint Lucia.”
