2. Interpretation of term “Members of the Church of England”
In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires, the term “Members of the Church of England” means all baptized persons claiming or availing themselves of the ministrations of the said Church; such persons being males of the age of 21 years and upwards, and paying towards the general funds of the said Church such annual sum as the Church Council may from time to time determine.
