The penalties which may be imposed on a teacher against whom a disciplinary charge has been established are—
(a) dismissal;
(b) suspension without pay or on half-pay;
(c) deferment or withholding of increment;
(d) severe reprimand and reprimand;
(e) retirement in public interest;
(f) demotion, in case of a principal;
(g) fine or stoppage of salary.
