15.   Offences influencing Commission

A person who directly or indirectly by himself or herself or by any other person in any manner whatsoever influences or attempts to influence any decision of the Commission or of any member commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months or to a fine not exceeding $500.

However, this section shall not prohibit any person who may properly do so from giving a certificate or testimonial to any applicant or candidate as a teacher or from supplying any information or assistance upon formal request by the Commission.
