35. savings
The rights or claims of any person appointed to any office in any hospital or the pension or gratuity of any person who prior to the coming into operation of this Act had been entitled to such a pension or gratuity by virtue of service under the Hospitals Act, 1954 are hereby preserved and such person is deemed to have been appointed under this Act and all such rights and claims to such pension or gratuity is preserved and settled in accordance with the provisions of that Act.
