(1) The appropriate authority may appoint an Executive Director who will be responsible for the day-to-day management of all operations at Victoria Hospital and who shall report to the Permanent Secretary.
(2) The Executive Director shall, after consultation with the Medical Director and the Assistant Directors, make recommendations concerning the improvement of management systems and human resources development at Victoria Hospital.
