SEWERAGE RATE

(Section 25(1))

The Sewerage Rate payable under section 25 shall be at the rate of 7% of the assessed annual rental or value for rental of the building or lot of land and the Authority may by resolution from time to time vary the rate to a rate not exceeding 7%, with the approval of the Governor General.
