6.   Evidence of documents

1.  

   (1)   A copy, signed by the President, Vice President or Secretary of the Foundation Conference or of the Conference or by the agents, of any of the documents specified in subsection (2) shall be deemed to be a true copy of such document and shall be received in evidence in all courts and in all proceedings whether civil or criminal as if it were the original documents, unless some error is proved.

   (2)   The following are the documents referred to in subsection (1), namely:

   1.  

      (i)     the Deed of Church Order;

   1.  

      (ii)     the Model Trusts;

   1.  

      (iii)     any resolution of the Foundation Conference or of the Conference settling, adopting, revoking, altering or adding to the Deed of Church Order or the Model Trusts or any part thereof;

   1.  

      (iv)     any resolution of the Corporation amending the objects and powers or the Articles of Association of the Corporation;

   1.  

      (v)     any declaration made under section 5(3).
