Notwithstanding that the agents of the Corporation may at any time or from time to time for the purposes of the Aliens (Landholding Regulation) Act, or any Act for the time being amending or replacing that Act, be or deemed to be under alien control, the agents of the Corporation shall not be nor be entitled to hold land and mortgages on land in Saint Lucia on behalf of the Corporation without licence and such land and mortgages shall not be liable to forfeiture under the said Act or any other law that may be applicable to aliens.
