(1) When making a development order for the purposes of this Act, the Governor General may, by the same order, declare that all development companies conducting or expanding the development enterprise declared in such order shall be entitled to the declared benefit declared therein.
(2) If a declaration of the kind indicated in subsection (1) is not made in a development order, the Governor General may, by a subsequent order, make such a declaration.
