12. Change of name of development company
Where the corporate name of a development company is changed, the Minister in his or her discretion may, by order published in the Gazette, direct that any orders, licences and documents issued to or in respect of the development company under or under this Act and enumerated in the order of the Minister, be altered to indicate the new corporate name of the development company, and all such documents shall be altered accordingly.
