4. Fees for electronic monitoring device

(1) The fees for an electronic monitoring device are as specified in Part B of the Schedule.

(2) Fees for an electronic monitoring device under subregulation (1) must be paid to the Ministry responsible for health or any supplier that the Ministry designates.
