3. Fishing

(1) A local fisherman may undertake fishing or related activities from the 5^thday of November, 2020.

(2) Notwithstanding subregulation (1), a local fisherman shall not undertake fishing or related activities from 6 p.m. to 4 a.m. each day.

(3) In this regulation —

“fishing” has the meaning assigned under the Fisheries Act;

“related activities” has the meaning assigned under the Fisheries Act.
