A person shall wear a mask under section 21 of the Act if the person —
(a) is accessing health, police or fire services;
(b) is visiting —
(i) a senior citizens home or related institution,
(ii) a correctional facility, or
(iii) the Boys Training Center;
(c) is attending an educational institution;
(d) is attending a regular religious ceremony or special religious rite;
(e) has tested positive for COVID-19;
(f) has direct contact with other persons who have tested positive for COVID-19;
(g) is in an enclosed crowded environment;
(h) is accessing public transportation; or
(i) is required to wear a mask by a business, establishment or office.
