2. Definitions
In this Act—
“immigration officer” means an immigration officer under the Immigration Act;
“property” includes real and personal, movable and immovable property;
“qualifying Caribbean Community State” means a member State of the Caribbean Community other than Saint Lucia and which is listed in Schedule 1;
“Secretary General” means the Secretary General of the Caribbean Community.
