11. Power to enter upon club premises
Any magistrate, the Director of Finance and Planning or the Commissioner of Police or any person authorised in writing by a magistrate, the Director of Finance and Planning or the Commissioner of Police may, at any time, during such hours as a registered club premises are open to members, enter upon the premises, call for and inspect all books and documents required to be kept on the premises and the accounts of the club and take copies of any entry in such books, documents or accounts and generally make inquiries to ascertain whether the club is being managed in accordance with the provisions of this Act.
