34. Regulations
The Minister may make regulations for the management and conduct of hospitals, and for the carrying out of the provisions of this Act, and in particular, may make regulations with respect to—
-
(a) the duties of persons appointed under sections 19, 20, 21, 22 and 23;

(b) the establishment and functioning of laboratories and the carrying out of tests at such laboratories;

(c) the sale and supply of drugs at dispensaries;
-
(d) the admission for treatment at and the discharge from any hospital of any class of persons;
-
(e) the admission and regulation of visitors;
-
(f) the admission and regulation of vehicles at the hospital premises;
-
(g) fixing of fees to be paid in respect of persons obtaining medicines or surgical appliances at or receiving attendance or treatment at any hospital and the conditions under which such fees may be remitted or reduced;
-
(h) for executing the general purpose of this Act.
