(1) There is hereby established a committee to be designated as the Medical Services Committee which shall consist of the Medical Director as chairperson and such other medical officers on the staff of Victoria Hospital which the Medical Director may see fit to appoint.
(2) Any officer so summoned shall attend at such time and place as requested unless he or she is unable so to do on account of illness or is granted leave of absence by the Medical Director from attending any such meeting.
(3) The Medical Services Committee shall meet at least once in each month but the Medical Director may summon a meeting of the Medical Services Committee at any other time when he or she thinks it necessary to do so.
(4) The quorum of the Medical Services Committee shall consist of the chairperson and 3 other members.
