(1) The appropriate authority may appoint an Assistant Director (Human Resources) who shall be responsible for supervising the development of the human resources at Victoria Hospital.
(2) In the performance of his or her functions under this Act, the Assistant Director (Human Resources) shall be directed by and report to the Executive Director.
