(1) The appropriate authority may appoint an Assistant Director (Administration) who shall be responsible for supervising the administrative activities at Victoria Hospital including, but not limited to—
(a) finance and accounts;
(b) transportation;
(c) pharmacy services;
(d) security; and
(e) housekeeping.
(2) In the performance of his or her functions under this Act the Assistant Director (Administration) shall be directed by and report to the Executive Director.
