(1) The appropriate authority shall appoint a Medical Director who will be responsible for directing and supervising all medical activities at Victoria Hospital and who shall perform such other duties as may be prescribed in regulations made under this Act.
(2) The Medical Director shall be under the supervision of and report to the Executive Director.
(3) Wherever the expression “Medical Superintendent” appears, in relation to Victoria Hospital it shall be construed as referring to the Medical Director.
