18. Board not to administer victoria hospital
Despite anything contained in this Part, the Hospitals Board shall not be concerned in the management and administration of Victoria Hospital but may, following a request from the Executive Director, offer advice on any matter concerning the functioning of that hospital. (Inserted by Act 8 of 2000)
