(1) Service upon the Board by any person of any notice, order or other document shall be effected by delivering the same or sending it by registered post addressed to the office of the Hospital Administrator.
(2) Service of any notice order or other document by the Board of any person shall be served by delivering it to the person or by sending it by registered post addressed to the person at his or her usual or last known address.
