(1) The Board shall, as soon as practicable and not later than one month of the receipt of such accounts and report cause to be made and transmitted to the Minister a report generally on the activities of the Board during the preceding financial year and in such form as the Minister may direct.
(2) The Minister shall cause a copy of the report to be laid on the table of the House of Assembly at the first or subsequent meeting of the receipt thereof.
