12. Authentication of documents
Any notice, order, demand or other document made or given under this Act or the regulations made thereunder by the Minister, the Chief Medical Officer, a medical officer of health or any person acting under the authority of any of them and purporting to be signed by any of them shall be deemed until the contrary is proved to have been signed by that person and such notice, order, demand or other document shall be admissible in evidence in legal proceedings under this Act or the regulations made thereunder and is prima facie proof of the contents contained therein.
