7.   Quarterly and annual reports

    (1)   The Board shall keep a record of its proceedings in which shall be entered minutes of all meetings held by the Board, minutes of any committee appointed by the Board, all resolutions passed and orders made by the Board and any other matters which the Board may judge proper.

    (2)   The chairperson of the Board shall, within one month of the end of each quarter, submit to the Minister a general report of the proceedings, activities, policy and programmes of the Board and the condition and management of needy persons throughout the island, in such details as the Minister may direct.

    (3)   The Minister shall, as soon as practicable but not later than 31 March each year, submit to Parliament an annual report on the work, activities, policy and programmes of the Board and the condition and management of needy persons for the period of one calendar year preceding the year of the submission of the report to Parliament, and the plan of action and activities of the Board for the year of submission of the report.
