RELIEF
9. Persons entitled to relief
Any person, who, in the opinion of the Board, is a need person will be entitled to relief under this Act.
However, under exceptional circumstances of destitution arising from drought, epidemic, disease or such like causes, the Board, with the approval of the Minister, may afford temporary relief to persons who are not needy persons.
