(1) Without prejudice to any rules of court, the Family Court may hold its sittings in the city of Castries and at such other places as the Minister may by order appoint, and sittings under this section may be held at the same time, or at different times, or in different places.
(2) Without prejudice to the generality of anything provided by section 4(3), the Family Court may, subject as provided in subsection (1), sit at any time and at any place in the State for the purpose of exercising any of its authority or functions.
