FAMILY COURT (SITTINGS) ORDER – SECTION 6
Commencement [30 June 1997]
1. Citation
This Order may be cited as the Family Court (Sittings) Order.
2. Times and places for sittings of the Family Court

(1) The sittings of the Family Court shall be on any week day (Saturday and Sunday excepted) at 9:00 a.m. at the top floor of a 2 storey concrete building known as No. 2 Micoud Street situate at the corner of Manoel and Micoud Streets in the city of Castries.

(2) Despite subsection (1) the Family Court may sit any weekday (Saturday and Sunday excepted) at any time and at any place appointed under section 12 of the District Courts Act for the sitting of a district court.
